By using LandingConnect you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
LandingConnect is a static-site host you operate through Claude. It is currently in early access: features, limits, and pricing may change, and the service is provided on an as-available basis.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. One person or organization per account.
You own the content you publish. You grant us the limited license needed to host, store, serve, and back up that content so we can provide the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it, and it must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
You may not use LandingConnect for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive (see Acceptable Use). We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms — immediately where necessary to protect users or the platform.
We work to keep the service up but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandingConnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
