The problem started with a few members who had complaints about the dining menu.  Being responsible for a membership-based club can feel like you have a lot of bosses, and in this case we needed to know if others also had issues with the menu.

Historically, getting feedback was a big job and very manual.  Adding feedback forms to their Menu QR code resulted in vastly more member engagement than expected. In less than a month we had comprehensive answers about the menu.

With the success of the menu feedback, the exact same QR code was rolled out to more areas of the club and more relevant information was easily added to it.
